2. Digital Products
Digital products may include curated PDF guides and directories that organize publicly available and official exhibition information.
Where an official English exhibition name is not available, an editorial English translation may be used for clarity.
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed on the applicable product or checkout page.
For purchases processed through a Merchant of Record, the Merchant of Record processes the payment and may handle applicable transaction taxes, receipts, refunds and chargebacks under its own buyer terms and applicable law.
4. Digital Delivery
Access or delivery instructions are provided electronically after successful payment.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account used for purchase.
5. Refunds
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery or access.
A refund may be considered where the delivered file is materially corrupted, unusable, or the wrong product was supplied.
Any refund remains subject to applicable law and, where a Merchant of Record processes the purchase, the Merchant of Record’s buyer and refund terms.

Exhibition dates, venues, organizers, websites and other event details may change after publication.
Customers should verify time-sensitive information with the relevant exhibition organizer or official website before making travel or business commitments.
7. License and Permitted Use
A purchased PDF is licensed to the purchaser for personal or internal business reference use.
Unless expressly permitted, customers may not:
- resell the PDF;
- redistribute the complete file;
- publish substantial portions of it;
- offer copies for public download.

Our products and website may link to third-party websites, including exhibition organizers.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their availability, content or subsequent changes.
9. Tailored Services
Tailored Services are separate from digital product purchases unless expressly stated otherwise.
Scope, price, delivery and other terms for tailored work are agreed separately before work begins.

BoleChinaExpo’s original organization, editorial content, layouts and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules.
Third-party names, trademarks and source materials remain the property of their respective owners.
